Thanks to runoffgroove.com for this for this fine little practice amp.  As the photos show, we made the PCB wider to fit into the slots of the enclosure.  We added a headphone jack as shown in the project file.  The capacitor and resistor were soldered right onto the quarter-inch headphone jack. The photos show a gold 1/8th inch adapter in the headphones jack.  We riveted a 9v battery holder (Mouser part number 534-080) in since there's no footswitch to hold it in place.
